Ways To Improve
- very important to eat, even if nauseous, do not go hungry
- need hydroxyzine to sleep, really important
- if sad, talk to someone, if not vent online, journal, go outside and talk to yourself
- if overwhelmed and overstimulated, remove yourself from the situation if you can
- if dissociating, remove yourself from the situation, think about why you’re dissociating, journal, try to argue back and ground yourself, look at healthy coping mechanisms
- if you’re obviously struggling and someone asks if you’re okay, please be honest
- ask for help and communicate issues before you break down
- With this breakdown and what happened last semester, I’m realizing that I only communicate the problems after the fallout happens and I know thats a problem that leads to the breakdown and I’m going to try to work on that.
