So what’s the problem?
- I’m too exhausted to do all the healthcare things I need to do.
What can I do about it?
- Make a list of all the healthcare-related things I need to and delegate across time in such a way to do only a few each day.
Who can I ask for help?
- My psychiatrist, for where and when and if I should get a lithium level blood test.
- Mom, if there are tasks I really don’t have the energy for (phone calls) or for car rides if I need to go somewhere.

So what’s the problem?
- I’m extremely anxious and that makes me unable to attend PTK meetings, which itself leads to a spiral of problems.
What can I do about it?
- Learn about coping skills to reduce and control anxiety.
- Continue doing EMDR processing in therapy.
- Visiting Grayson to acclimate myself in the environment.
- Doing shadow work around my relationship with PTK and Grayson.
Who can I ask for help?
- John, to help me get acclimated by doing short exposure therapy sessions.
- Linder, to also help me get acclimated by seeing her maybe once or twice after an exposure trial with John.
- My therapist, for as many EMDR sessions as I need.
